It has a lot of beta-carotene, folic acid, and vitamin C.
Watermelon
If you didn't know, watermelon is very good for you, and that's mostly because it is made up of 90% water. So, not only will this help people who have trouble drinking enough water, but it will also help people who need a sugar boost without going the unhealthy, unnatural sugar route. And if that wasn't enough, watermelon is full of antioxidants, which makes it great for people who want to stay fit and healthy.
Ginger
A lot of health-conscious people drink ginger shots when they're sick for a reason. Ginger is one of the best health foods you can eat to avoid getting sick, but that's not all it can do. Ginger can also help with sickness, digestion, and even pain relief in general. Of course, it is a taste that some people have to get used to, and some people have trouble with the strong flavor.

You might not know, though, that this fruit has a lot of other benefits as well. Oranges are also full of polyphenols and terpenes, which stop cancer and tumors from growing. They also have natural sugars instead of fake ones.
